Most of us think about our problems, failures, breakups, negative emotions, disappointments also we mostly think about what we don’t want in our lives, isn’t it? The reason why people do not have what they want is because they are thinking more about what they don’t want.

I started my Gratitude Practice 2 years ago, I have a gratitude journal and I practice my gratitude every single day. I write down 10 blessings I am grateful for before starting my day sets a positive tone that resonates throughout.

Moreover, I find myself noticing beauty in everything like it starts with sun rise and a vibrant sunset, the laughter of children playing, the aroma of freshly bloomed flowers, Rain so many…. No matter where you are, no matter who you are, no matter what your current situations, gratitude will change your entire life. As you practice gratitude and as you make gratitude a way of life, you will wake up each morning so excited to be alive.

Gratitude is a feeling, The main aim of gratitude practice is to intentionally feel it as much as you can since the magic in your life can be increased by the power of your feeling.  Your life will change drastically and in ways that are hard to imagine if you practice gratitude a lot every day.

First and foremost, regularly acknowledging the things we are grateful for contributes to improved mental well-being. Gratitude might help, if you struggle with sleep. When you think about the positive things before go to bed, it calms your mind and also can lead to better sleep.

How to Begin a Gratitude Journal Practice

First thing in the morning, when you first open your eyes feel the gratitude that you’re awake and list few things to yourself that you feel grateful for. You can write your blessings in a book or journal or you can type it on a computer or a mobile device. Make a simple list of blessings in your life that you are grateful for.

You could be grateful for your home, your family, friends, job, finances, your pets, for the Sun rise, the food that you eat, the air that you breathe, the water that you drink, without any of them you wouldn’t be alive. You could be grateful for our beautiful planet earth and also your sense, your eyes that see, your ears that hear, your mouth that tastes, your skin that enables you to feel, your nose that smells, so many things we could be grateful for.

These can be anything at all, Count every single blessing in your life and, just write them down. Feel them with gratitude everyday when you wake up early in the morning and also before go to bed. After you have finished making your list of blessings, read each one, either in your mind or read out loud. While reading each blessing, feel the gratitude for that blessing as much as you possibly can

If you are grateful for the money you have, however little, you will see you money magically grow.
